主要从事对古代建筑、园林艺术、石质文物、壁画塑像等文物建筑及附属文物的调查研究与科学保护。承担文物建筑修缮管理的规划设计、保护工程、技术指导及施工监理等任务。
The Institute is mainly engaged in investigating, researching and protecting of ancient building, garden art, stone cultural relic, fresco, statue and son on, it also undertakes protecting design of historical building, the management of repairing project, technical guidance, project control and so on.
